Belgian Music Week 2025: Jazz Sanusi live at VK

In the framework of the Begian Music Week, last night VK offered a stripped back concert with Antwerp singer Jazz Sanusi, presenting songs from her EP 'Tender Toughness' and other productions like 'Complicated'.

The Nigerian-Belgian artist serves up delicious alternative R&B. With sounds that float between Jazz, Blues, Disco, Soul and Hiphop. With her lastest EP 𝙏𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, @JazzSanusi brings sincere songs bursting with ‘it’s all going to be alright’ energy. All the songs underline how vulnerability can be strong delivering a sonic exploration of the beauty in contrast — soft yet strong, tender yet resilient. To top it off her stage presence is unmatched finding inspiration in introspection, whatever defies stereotypes with genuineness, she’s a singer-songwriter filling each room with comfort, understanding and good energy. Or as she likes to call it ‘a therapy session made fun’.
