Belgian National Day, concerts and activities in Brussels

On Monday 21 July Belgium celebrate its National Day with plenty of activities happening around town.


The main event will take place in Parc du Cinquantenaire with a massive free concert starting at 21h00 ending with a fireworks and drones show around 23h45 and we already know who is performing.


Camille Yembe, Maksim, Helena, Francisco Schuster, Axelle Red, Peet, Netsky, Colt, Kids With Buns, Youssef Swatt’s, Roméo Elvis, K3, Mentissa, Red Sebastian and Lost Frequencies will animate the main stage. Entrance via Schuman

National Sports Day 2025 – Sports Day in Brussels! (10:00 am – 8:00 pm)

For the 4th consecutive year, the City of Brussels is collaborating with the Brussels Tourist Office for the Belgian National Day. Many sports activities, free for all, will be organised in the Royal Park of Brussels.

Brussels sports clubs will run these sports workshops for discovery, initiation and improvement to enable them to attract new members but also to raise awareness among Brussels citizens about the practice of sport, its benefits and its values.

Visit Wallonia, has been responsible for the promotion of tourism and marketing of Wallonia as a destination in Belgium and abroad, for both leisure and business tourism, for 40 years.

During the festivities of 21 July in Brussels, VISITWallonia will offer you 2 activities:

  1. Video Bike – Contest & Goodie Distribution

Our bike equipped with 3 interactive screens will travel through the festivities of July 21st.

Take part in our competition to try to win a hot air balloon flight (in Wallonia) for two people. Throughout the day, this bike will also be handing out exclusive goodies: caps, pencils, neck warmers, and much more! The screens will also allow visitors to download the Pass VISITWallonia.be free of charge, a web-application offering a multitude of good deals: more than 200 discounts throughout Wallonia, accumulation of points and gifts at stake.

  1. Hot air balloon on the ground – An aerial photo to experience on land

Between 12 noon and 1:30 p.m., at the bottom of the Mont des Arts, VISITWallonia invites you to a spectacular break: Take a seat in a real balloon inflated on the ground and immortalize the moment with a unique photo with your smartphone!


Rue de la Loi

The Federal Parliament: House of Representatives and Senate 11h00 – 19h00.

The Federal Parliament opens its doors from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors will wander at their own pace through the corridors and chambers of the House of Representatives and the Senate.

A brochure will be given to visitors at the reception desk to guide them and the staff will be happy to answer their questions.Entertainment for young and old is offered along the route.



Military Parade

Starting at 16h00 in Rue Royale (Botanique) until Place Polaert, with the presence of the Royal family and authorities.
