‘What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?’ Anniversary Tour 2026

2026 is already shaping up to be a big year for nostalgia, and The Vaccines — Justin Young (vocals), Freddie Cowan (guitar), Árni Hjörvar (bass), Timothy Lanham (keyboards) and Yoann Intonti (drums) — are not sitting this one out. After a sold-out show in January 2024 at Ancienne Belgique and several other successful stops across Belgium, the British indie rockers are returning to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their debut album, 'What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?', reliving the record that started it all, with a concert on Monday, 13 April 2026 at Cirque Royal in Brussels.
So indeed, what can you expect at their show? First of all, infectious tunes that will have the whole crowd bouncing and singing every word, from the fast and furious 'Wrecking Bar (Ra Ra Ra)' to the catchy hooks of 'If You Wanna' and the bold, tongue-in-cheek energy of 'Post Break-Up Sex'. Beyond the hits, you can certainly expect a straight-to-the-point indie rock show: loud guitars, quick songs, and hardly a quiet moment. Their first album is packed with short, punchy tracks, so the pace will likely stay high from start to finish, with a crowd that won’t want to stand still.
Although this tour looks back at where it all began, the band hasn’t ignored the rest of their catalogue. Alongside the debut in full, fans can expect highlights from across the years, resulting in a setlist that feels both nostalgic and complete: a reminder of how consistently The Vaccines have delivered sharp, catchy indie rock for over a decade.
