After a sold-out concert at De Roma in Antwerp in 2025, Scottish rock band Franz Ferdinand is back in Belgium with the ‘Greater Glasgow European Cultural Exchange 2026’ tour, which has taken them across Europe, South America, North America, and Asia over the past year.

After rising to fame in 2004 with the release of the single 'Take Me Out', Franz Ferdinand established themselves as one of the defining bands of the 2000s indie rock revival, known for their infectious, danceable sound. With six studio albums released over the past two decades, their catalogue includes standout tracks such as 'Do You Want To', 'This Fire', 'Love Illumination', 'No You Girls', 'The Dark Of The Matinée' and 'Walk Away'.

Their latest album, 'The Human Fear', released in early 2025, sees the band exploring themes of fear and anxiety while highlighting the resilience to overcome them. Across eleven tracks, Franz Ferdinand stays true to their signature style: sharp, optimistic, and laced with an irresistible pop sensibility. The record was well received by both fans and critics, with Uncut calling it 'a deeply fun record that radiates vivacity' and DIY noting 'a band still brimming with ambition'.

If you’re up for a night of indie nostalgia mixed with fresh energy, Franz Ferdinand at Forest National on 3 April is not one to miss.
